LAKELAND - Mr. Billy W. Bigford, 73, passed away on Tue. Feb. 7, 2012 from heart failure. He was born in Tishomingo, OK and moved to Lakeland in 1959. Billy was a member of Gapway Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing especially with family.

Billy was preceded in death by brothers, Roy and Jimmy Bigford, sisters, Glenna Warden, Helen Perkins and Billie Bigford. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy, son, Brent (Cassey) Bigford of Lakeland, daughter, Sandra Hansell of Lakeland, sisters, Lillian Haney of Coalgate, OK, Faye McGee of Dallas, Tx, Bobbie Akins of Lakeland, 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.
