Graveside Services for Mr. Harvey D. Black, 71, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma will be held on Monday, October 7th, 2013 at 11:00 a. m. at the Bullet Prairie Cemetery. Mr. Black passed away on October 2nd, 2013 at a local nursing home.

Harvey was born on June 7th, 1942 in Tishomingo to Bill Black and Molly (Davis) Black. He attended Tishomingo Schools and was a lifelong resident of this area. Harvey worked as a cement finisher in concrete construction and as a hay hauler for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Pat Black; a brother, John Wayne Black; a sister, Mary Jean Pierce and a step-grandson.

Harvey is survived by two brothers, Robert Black and Seburn Black, and a sister, Colene Black, all of Tishomingo; a step-daughter; a step-son; six step-grandchildren; seventeen step-great-grandchildren; three step-great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives.
Pallbearers for the service will be: Leslie Black, Eddie Black, Tony Jeffers, Jody Tamplen, Leslie Moon and Andy Sides. Honorary Bearer is Charlie Locke.
