A Memorial Service for Ms. Linda Kay (Deaton) Bevill, 67, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma will be held on Saturday, October 12th, 2013 at 2:00 p. m. at the Westside Church of Christ. A private burial will be held at a later date. Ms. Bevill passed away on September 28th, 2013 at her home.

Linda was born on September 18th, 1946 in Tishomingo to James Kenneth Deaton and Avery Marie (Chaney) Deaton. She attended Ravia and Tishomingo Schools and was a lifelong resident of this area. She worked for the sewing factories in Madill and Tishomingo and spent 15 years working as a waitress at the Western Inn in Tishomingo, until failing health required that she retire.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, James and Kelly Deaton.

She is survived by her daughter, Melisa Burton of Tishomingo; two sons, James “Toad” Bevill and Randy Bevill, both of Ravia; two brothers, Gary Deaton and Jimmy Deaton, both of Tishomingo; two sisters, Barbara Hicks of Tishomingo and Anita Davis of Tipton, Oklahoma; numerous grand and great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
