Robbi Gale Gaskins, of Albuquerque, NM was born on August 20,1965 in Oklahoma City to Bob and Rita Glover, who now reside in Albuquerque. She went home to be with our Lord on June 16, 2013 at the age of 47. She was baptized at age 11 in the name of our Lord and served Him faithfully for 37 years. She graduated from Tishomingo High School in 1983. Robbi married Rodney Gaskins on October 27, 1984 at Sooner Road Church of Christ in Midwest City, Oklahoma; they were married for 28 years. She loved God and her family first and foremost in her life. Robbi and Rodney raised three beautiful children: Brooke, married to Joshua Dale of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Summer, married to CB Fleming of Conroe, Texas, and Talon Gaskins of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Robbi was overjoyed to be “Grammi” to her grandchildren, Zoey, 21 months old, and Ace, due in September. Besides her parents, husband, children, and grandchildren she is also survived by a sister, Gina Goris, of Grand Rapids, Michigan and a brother, Terry Clark, of Ashburn, Virginia.

She loved to laugh and be silly – she could find the positive in everything. Robbi had an incredible love for children of all ages. She worked at Petroglyph Elementary School for several years and served as a birth coach for a few of her friends. Her favorite color was pink and she loved shoes, shopping, cooking, and Sonic drinks.

The services will be on Friday, June 21, 2013 at Netherwood Park Church of Christ, where Robbi attended. Visitation will begin at 1 o’clock and the funeral will begin at 2 o’clock. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park immediately following the services.
