Graveside Services for Ms. Ruby Raye Roundtree, 67, of Tishomingo, Oklahoma will be held on Friday, June 8th, 2012 at 10:00 a. m. in the Tishomingo Cemetery with Rev. Luke Holmes, Pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Ms. Roundtree passed away on June 4th, at her home.

Ruby was born on August 19th,1944 in Ardmore, Oklahoma to Austin Parker and Martha (Weissinger) Parker. She attended Tishomingo Schools and later graduated from Lila's Beauty College in Ada, Oklahoma. Ruby worked for over 30 years as a beauty operator in Tishomingo and at one time owned and operated her own shop, the Swirl N Curl. She was also a member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Ruby is survived by two daughters, Sabrina Combs and husband Sam, Jr. of Tishomingo and Suzette McSwain and husband Donnie of Ravia, Oklahoma; her son, Kevin Roundtree of Mannsville, Oklahoma; two brothers, Daniel Parker and wife Betty of Tishomingo and Homer Parker and wife Pat of Madill, Oklahoma; her sister, Dona Boulton and husband Bob of Tishomingo; seven grandchildren; three great-grandsons and other relatives and friends.
